7 Days Worldwide Return/Exchange Policy

If for any reason at all, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please drop us an email within 7 days of receiving your order. We handle returns/exchanges on a per order basis, as not all situations are the same.
Please be aware that pictures of products, and the colors are not always an exact representation of the product due to camera, lighting, computer /phone screens used for shopping. All these mediums can alter the color and look of the products compared to how they would look with naked eye. So returns due to these reasons will not be approved.
Many products are made of natural materials like cotton, wood, bamboo, stones, leather and synthetic materials etc. in which case the product you receive and what you see online will have some natural variations and/or imperfections and returns will not be approved in such cases.
In case you want to process return upon approval from our staff you can ship the package to the designated address provided below. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return if the returns is not related to a defective product or incorrect shipment of item(s).
You will also be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the product price if the return is not related to defective product or incorrect item(s) shipped.
If the product is defective or if you received an incorrect item and once the justBabyWear customer support approves the return we will send you a return label to send us back the return along with the correct item.
